I work as a full-time developer. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time learning new things and exploring various creative pursuits. Lately I’ve been:

• Learning art & design

  • I am enrolled in an online Graphic Design certificate program at RISD

  • Trying out various things on my own (e.g. sticker design)

• Learning Japanese, mostly through iTalki

• Enjoying taking photographs

  • My go-to camera nowadays is Ricoh GR3X. :) As they say, “the best camera is the one you have with you”, and GR3X is just SO easy to carry and to use.

  • I was interested in film photography in 2022-2023 and developed lots of 110 & 35mm films at home.

  • And I love Polaroid!

• Buying books. I definitely buy books faster than I read them.

In the past, I’ve also:

• Spent a lot of time on Jigsaw puzzles and random crafts (e.g. Polymer clay, shrink plastic, needle felting). I still pick these up once in a while.

• Earned an English to Chinese translation certificate from University of Toronto.

• Earned a Master degree in Computer Science from Columbia University while working full-time.

• Practiced piano.
